Prime Real Estate Group Inc. is a third party property management company formed thirteen years ago by Deborah Twining and Christie Weir. The company manages and leases approximately two million square feet of retail, office and commercial properties and is known for setting standards of excellence in commercial property management and leasing.
Prime is set above industry standards because of its hands-on management style that is reflected in our quality properties, satisfied tenants and the Landlords we represent.
We have been particularly successful taking over management assignments from owners managing their own properties. Your property receives constant attention from qualified management, leasing and accounting professionals.
The Clients that we manage for are primarily “hands on owners” meaning they are active in the decision making process. These types of owners require frequent and detailed communication. Although, they want our expertise and recommendations they are also interested in staying involved behind the scenes. Partner/Managing Director of Leasing
Christie is the Broker of Record for PMG Realty Corp. and Partner/ Managing Director of Leasing of Prime Real Estate Group Inc. Christie has over 20 years real estate experience and was previously with Enterprise Property Group and Dominion Trustco before founding Prime Real Estate Group Inc. in 1994 and PMG Realty Corp. in 2000.
Deborah C. Twining, RPA
Partner/Managing Director of Property Management
Deborah is the Partner /Managing Director of Property Management for Prime Real Estate Group Inc. and PMG Realty Corp. Deborah has over 25 years experience in real estate accounting and property management with national firms before breaking out and founding Prime Real Estate Group alongside Christie Weir in 1994.
Jina Groh
Senior Property Manager
Jina has over 19 years experience in retail, residential, commercial and medical property management, with 10 of those years at Prime Real Estate Group Inc. Jina has worked for companies such as Realstar, Enterprise Property Group and Pioneer Property Group before joining the Prime Real Estate Group team as a Property Manager.
Eva Cugini
Property Manager
Eva worked for Oxford Properties and Bank of Montreal in the Real Estate Division as a Property Administrator and has 13 years experience in the field. Eva has been with Prime Real Estate Group for the past 6 Years as a Property Manager.
Dot Jones, RPA
Senior Property Manager
Dot has 19 Years experience in Real Estate and Property Management, having worked for companies such as O&Y Enterprises, Sutter Hill Developments and Alexis Nihon Corporation before joining the Prime Real Estate Group team 3 years ago as a Senior Property Manager.
Peggy Mondelli
Tax Consultant
Peggy has 33 years experience in the retail industry, having worked with Woolworth Canada for 27 years, specializing in lease accounting and financial reporting. Peggy joined the Prime Real Estate Group team 6 years ago as Senior Accountant where she focuses on administration of Property Taxes - Assessment & Taxation, Accounts Receivable & Recoveries.
Peter Tandon, CGA
Director of Finance
Peter has 20 years experience in the property management/accounting field working with such firms as Enterprise, SNC Lavalin and Glen Corporation. Peter joined Prime Real Estate Group as the Director of Finance in 2000 where he oversees the Accounting Team and functions.
Josie Archibald
Accounts Payable Administrator
Josie joined Prime Real Estate Group seven years ago as our Accounts Payable Administrator. Previous to joining Prime, Josie was an accounting and audit technician for a Chartered Accountants firm in Montreal for over 20 years.
Christi-ann Litavski
Senior Administrator/Marketing Co-ordinator
Christi-ann joined Prime and PMG as a marketing and administration consultant in 2003 and was brought on as Senior Administrator and Junior Property Manager in 2006. Christi-ann has been in the real estate industry as an administrator since 2000 having worked for large firms such as Remax and The Staubach Company.

Emily joined the Prime team in 2005 as a Property Administrator, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the administration field, having worked for TTC, Promex Group and Dun and Bradstreet.

Property Administrator
Luciana joined Prime in 2006 as a Property Administrator. Luciana has been in the lease administration and real estate field for over 10 years, having worked for Tequila Software, Forzani Group and Loblaw Properties.
